I founded Simplish AI to help owner-led businesses of 1 to 12 people become more efficient, more productive and more profitable with AI, without the jargon or the guesswork. Every assessment starts with a discovery session run by Danni, our voice AI business analyst, followed by a personalised report and a results session. It's backed by a simple promise: we find at least five hours a week you and your team could get back, or you don't pay.

In September 2026 I launched AI for Business, Bournemouth, a free monthly meetup for non-technical business owners at Patch.

WealthBuilders and WealthTalk

As Membership Director at WealthBuilders I worked with members to create, build and protect their wealth through education, support and connection. I co-created the WealthBuilders Academy, a step-by-step programme guiding members towards financial independence, and hosted Cashflow 101 game nights in London.

I co-hosted WealthTalk with Kevin Whelan for 318 episodes, from February 2019 to my final episode in March 2026, with guests including Brad Sugars, Rob Moore and John Warrillow.

Escape the Rat Race

At the end of 2014 I left the security of a monthly pay cheque and built an events, coaching and membership business helping employees start their own businesses. The first London meetup, in January 2015, drew about forty people, and the community passed 1,500 members in its first year.

I hosted Escape the Rat Race Radio, ranked #1 on iTunes, for 99 episodes with guests including Seth Godin and Daniel Priestley, and in 2018 I self-published Sack Your Boss.

Cr2 Records

As Label Director of Cr2 Records, one of the leading independent dance labels of the house and electro years, I ran release strategy, the A&R pipeline, design and production, artist and event management and commercial operations.

Asia and Australia

Between the two labels I spent three years travelling across Asia and Australia.

Positiva

At Positiva, EMI's dance imprint, and its sister label Additive Records, I looked after promotions and marketing, label relations and artist relations through a run of major UK chart success.

Additive was a 12-inch-only label and one of the most respected underground trance and techno labels of the late 1990s, alongside Fluid, Platipus and Hooj Choons. It was also where EMI tested new records: the biggest moved up to Positiva for a full release, including Fragma's Toca Me, Ayla's Ayla, DJ Sakin & Friends' Protect Your Mind, Marc et Claude's La and Aurora's Hear You Calling.

Married

Naina and I got married on 23 May 2026.

Wealth Dynamics Accredited Flow Consultant (2016), SMG Certified Business Coach and Trainer (2016), CSA Master Coach (2015).

I've volunteered with Street Support's Sock Mob, taking food and clothing to people sleeping rough in London, and as a weekly carer with the Kingston Association for the Blind.

I speak English, with some Spanish, German and Portuguese.
